Our pigs are busy little critters – they’ve tilled the soil in their paddock over and over, but keep finding goodies in there to eat – more power to ’em! We also feed them a hog ration, and fruit, veggie, and bread scraps, which they love. But they really want some more grass. We plan to expand their area to provide that to them. In the meantime, they gladly take a handful when offered, and we bag our grass clippings up from the parts of our lawn we do mow – which they devour once poured into their pen.
They are diligent diggers, as you can plainly see from Peggy’s muddy snoot!
