We’ve had a great response from those who have tried our goat’s milk soaps, and we figured it was time to do a post about those, as we never really officially announced their availability here.
Currently, we have four different varieties of goat’s milk soaps available for purchase: Ginger-Lime, Chocolate Bar, Wakey! Wakey! (a peppermint-vanilla blend) and Can’t Take the Sky From Me (a woodsy/exotic spice blend). We are working on new scents and an unscented bar for especially sensitive skin. All of the soaps are superfatted – goat’s milk soap is the primary ingredient. The goat’s milk comes from our own herd. The soaps are both cleansing and moisturizing, and can be used as hand soap, full body/shower soap, and some even use it as shampoo. My favorite for using on my hair is Wakey! Wakey! – not as an everyday shampoo, but to change things up a bit, and it’s got a nice tingle to it!
Soaps can be shipped anywhere in the U.S. using USPS flat rate shipping. Up to four bars can be shipped for $6.15, and 5-46 bars can be shipped for $12.95. We ship out on Tuesdays and Fridays. Handmade goat’s milk soaps are also a very thoughtful gift, and the recipient can come here to the blog to check out photos and stories about where the soap was made!
