Spring 2014

Well, it’s been a long, hard winter, but hopefully here on May 1st, we can count on the snow and cold having departed for a few months. There are many things to do that were simply not possible in the brutal cold, and we have a lot of catch up!

Baby goats have started to arrive. We will have meat goats available later this summer. We are looking into having our processing done at an USDA facility, which means we can sell on a per-cut basis in addition to whole or half animals.

Some of our new pigs have also arrived, and again, we are looking to have those processed at an USDA facility, meaning individual cuts will be available, in addition to whole and half animals. More information will be available this summer. Watch here for updates!

We hope you enjoy these photos from the farm! As always, click any photo to embiggen.
