Three of our hens were wandering a good bit away from the coop, and found shelter in the shade of a tree.
MaryAnn has this tiny little voice – I finally caught it on video. She’s a little doll of a goat.
The goats will actually sprint across the yard to get over to this bush first.
And as another YAY for today – our utility company dropped off another one of the poles they have replaced on our road. So that will make 3-4 posts for the pasture fence we are planning. I introduced Heidi as a representative of the herd to show them who they are helping out here, and that seemed to really be enjoyable to them. They said we should receive more in the coming days as poles are replaced. Whoo hoo!
